Includes basic pastry types (sponge cake, genoise or pasta margherita, short pastry, flaky or rough puff pastry, home-made brioche pastry, etc.), various meringue types, different processes to make creams and their derivatives, the uses of chocolate. These basic pastry types are used during each of the lessons to make cakes, charlottes, crumbles, bavarois, cookies and other delectable recipes.
The lessons always close with a scrumptious tasting.
